Terms and Conditions
- Plans are valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
- Only services listed are included; additional work is billable.
- Unused time does not carry over to the next month.
- Clients are responsible for notifying changes or required updates.
- We are not liable for any conflicts arising from third-party plugins or themes, or for downtime caused by external factors.
- Work is done during business hours unless otherwise agreed.
- We maintain regular backups as per your plan. In case of failure, we’ll restore the latest available backup.
- All plans are billed annually in advance. Renewals are automatic unless canceled 14 days prior. Late payments may suspend services.
- Either party can cancel with 14 days' notice. No refunds will be issued after service starts. All access ends after termination.
- Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
- We may update these terms without prior notice.
